Not quite understanding what Jagex did under "Items" for the summoning update. Does that mean you can't wear a rune helm anymore unless you've got a summoning level?
That's exactly what I thought - apparently though, it just means they can be enchanted like the antlers or lizard skull to hold a large amount of scrolls.
