No. I made it perfectly fine with Torags. Seeing as you already have 99 defence you may as well just invest in a berserker for strength bonuses instead of Bandos.

Oh yeah. Forgot you had 99 Defence. You could just do Dragon armor if you get tired of fixing it though.
