huh i thought the max was 99 attack with potion like 118? has it been like this?
there is only up to lvl 99 however u still earn xp up to 200m xp in a stat and it used to say xp til next even at lvl 99. all he means by being lvl 103 attack is that his xp is that high now.
oh well i knew the 200m part but i didn' know what he meant >.<
