going different speeds...he assks the angel, "why are all the clocks different times"? The angel replies, well that one is abe lincoln's clock, its slow because he only told 2 lies in his life...
that one over there is clinton's its a little faster because he told a little more lies...then the man akss "where's obama's clock?" the angel replies..."God has it in his room using it as a fan."
Agree with Valor. Even if a joke sucks (this one did) at least use grammar.
