no, its just training. and u urself cant tell if theyre doing while afk.
someone should make a topic about this in RS forums
you can also do this on the magic bags in the train hall, there u also only get xp for shooting at it... (casting the spell) sooo lol
I can guarantee you, targe, that a majority of them are semi or completely afk. Best solution would be to make lumby basement multi so you can tell if they're afk.
