in barrow mini-game is there a prayer temple nearby because i waste 4 p pots per trip >.<

and do you need to finish the quest to enter?
You do need to start the quest, and I think you do need to get nearly to the end (so close, that all you have to do is talk to someone, I think, to finish) in order to use the alter.
I had the same problem that you had but I wear all torag/Dh armer now and don't pray on guthans/torag and some times veric so I can do it on 1 P pot and get a few prayer levels that helps a lot
I just tele to my house, pray @ my altar and then i use my kharyll portal to teleport to canifis, then i bank there and take all my new stuff i need for my next barrows trip. :)
