Say in your appeal that "It seems to be ok to say stuff like Runehq and tip.it,but not a part of another approved fansite?" or something along those lines.
When I type it in the address bar it loads up as http://runewire.rsbandb.com. And until they have "RuneWire" on the supported fansites list they will continue to issue mutes.
