I have nothing better to do, might as well check it out.
weird. cant think of any minigame with that long of a timer located over there either
I'm there, I can't see the timer, maybe its something you equipped?
It isn't just at the grand exchange it is everywhere I go ...
log out and back in and see if that gets rid of it
