RS is 404ing here. Anyone else having trouble?

My connection is crawling.
mine was giving me trouble right after the update then i deleted the jagex cache folder, rebooted, and it turned to lightning fast. funny watching the delay in decideing the drops after each kill.
I can't even get to the login page. I'm gonna try a direct link in a sec.
