if u've yet to do smoking kills dont be afraid to burthope a task u dont like. i used to use a ton of games necklaces b4 smoking kills and the points were implemented.
Yea you should do smoking kills, it was kind of a fun quest...and this comes from someone who hates questing. (Had to do Icthalarin's little helper beforehand, I died a little bit).
