Useless for graahking though, because you need a pickaxe or adze for the abyss run when your pouch degrades
Also by the looks of that pic, it's extremely heavy
I'd say the tiara is better, because you don't need to use any points on it, has the same effects, and like Tank said, it looks very heavy, 7kg with penance, spottier & lightness.
... I'm not using it for runecrafting, just for looks (runecrafting theme). I get how its not practical.
