Should I camp at the Goblins in the Zamorak Part of the Gwd for a champion scroll or attack something else hoping to get one?

house just across the river from lumby castle has more spawns if u really want the champs scroll from regular goblins.

ghouls retreat so it's easier to range them trying for one. same with imps south of ardy near the tower of life. hobgblins either the mine in wildy or next to the crafting guild.

whichever monster you choose it'll be a very long time to get 1 of those scrolls from them.
