Suggestions on what tabs I should organize them into?

Wait until I bank and I'll show you mine.
resource skill items / armour & weapons / quest items / current goal items; all I can think of right now, it's all up to you though.
however you want to according to your own interests with the skills. tho most tend to put their combat/slayer gear in 1 tab. runes, teleport & getting around items in another, etc...
