Thats the arrow from the update today. theres now an arrow where all the exclamation marks are
Isn't it the symbol for dungeons, a place where you enter or with stairs?
open up the world map those arrows are at every dungeon symbol now. they let u move between the main map and that dungeon. or in this case the lower lvl of varok.
think they should really hide them on the minimap as they just get in the way.
