wow my dad is so anything he is blocking everything now. even if i disable it, it wont let me go on.

I'm not exactly sure how it works, but it lets you get around some website blockers like norton ect... this one is good

try putting https:// instead of http://
idk, it works at my school, @ our school we use https://www.btunnel.com to search for ultra surf, & download that.
