What level should you be to go for the fighter torso?

there are people who cant even wear the torso who have them.
hence any level over 3 should suffice.
should probably get one @ your current level, it's pretty easy, & looks pro. :P
I think the requirement to wear it is 45 defence. Just make you you have a very good understanding of the minigame because people who don't know how to play are extremely annoying.
The requirment to wear it is 40 not 45 Tank.
