OMFG. Do you think this should be allowed. Its happening in a local library. It basically promotes for people under 13 to join Runescape.

it's at a public library + says a parent presence required to sign up or play so most likely will be fine long as the parents stick to watching the kids play all the time. even after the event @ homes
It's strange at all that a library would be promoting computer games, but yea. I'd say it is a bit strange for them to actually promote underage people to start playing RuneScape. They violate rules
not really a rule, and they are at least making sure the parents are there for the kids to make a new account. long as the parents r bein responsible should be ok all around.
None of the parents are responsible, just take f2p for example..Hell, look at nearly any Bounty Hunter world. Guarantee there's tons of under-13-year-olds there, and hardly any of them aren't useless
