Is full void ranged worth the trouble getting it?

0 attack stats + 10% ranged with the full set on.
full set = legs, chest, gloves, range helm.
you can hit better with better ranged attack stats than the hidden bonus will give.
Actualy against opponents with low defence void range is the best becuase it gives a 10% bonus on hit so with dragon hide you get more accuracy but you hit lower then with full range void.
