What should I bring to bandits for str training? My friend recommended Prossy + P pots, but I'd like an alternative to prayer potions :S

Try going to armored zombies from defender of varrock. 90k xp/hr and there's an altar right above spot.
1. Bunyip pouches and summoning potions
2. Some unnoted tuna, noted tuna and some money

Yeah, armoured zombies are great exp & great cash too. I suggest you do that instead, plus the worlds aren't as crowded as bandits.

A salve ammy (e). Just wear prossy, bring a bunyip, and bring some super sets and kill away. They drop decent charms and actually make a profit.
yeah, they drop lots of high level herbs, btw, pick up the noted pure ess and planks, they will add up.
yeah, best bet is bunyips. I used them for like 60 hrs
