Yes it starts in canifus then after I level moves to shilo to get the cape. Anyone attending I advise you to show up 5-10 minutes early so it can go quickly since theres a triple 99 party at 5:30.
the triple is at 5:30pm yours is after it at 6pm if anything people will be late to yours...
