Does this look like a good setup for fighting waterfiends? I unfortunately only have 67 Summoning, so I can't use a bunyip.

Bring some alchs too, they drop water battlestaves
First trip didn't go too bad. Need to bring another prayer pot with me next time. And remember that the brutal greens have a mage attack so I don't stay so close to them.
I'd say that you should get that one Summoning level. A Bunyip is worth it, from what I hear.
Yeah, well, they're a good source of charms, so this assignment will help.
I'll probably dump my next penguin points into it too.
