The Kalphite queen popped up next to you right after you said that, right? ;)
Nah, KQ is a member, and the closest to boss NPC was that dragon. Nevertheless it was a tough battle. I killed him with my mighty feather, as she choked on it, I used my rod to push it in the river.:P
