What do i sue this for. Its untradeable

you dont "sue" anyone with that. however if u wanted to "use" it, you'll need to gather the other 3 pieces for the bone sceptre that it belongs to.
You connect it to the other parts of the Skull Sceptre, dropped by the other unique monsters in the SOS. You can use it to teleport to Barbarian Village.
