Is Heros a show that I have to watch the first episode to get it? Or is it a series that i can just start watching?

you need to watch the first episode :)
To understand Heros, u gotta watch the first beginning, from when it started. And u gotta keep watching, cant miss an episode. Its the reason y i stopped watching it. I didnt understand it anymore.
It is what we in the acting business like to call ... episodic.
