decided to get 99 wc. I have 64 (nearly 65) Dragon wc axe and am cutting willows in barbarian outpost. Any suggestions to anything better?

well, i would actually suggest to do maples, becuz at lvl 85, willows are 56k xp an hour and maples are 49k so ur only losing about 7k per hour but you can actually make a whole lot of money, maybe
try doing maples at like 80?
