I am looking to buy a laptop for primarily playing runescape, surfing the web, typing research papers, listening to music, and watching movies. Any suggestions? I would appreciate it greatly :)

low-end $300-500 lappy would do well considering rs is pretty outdated in graphics
It really depends on how much you are looking to spend, you can get a very nice HP Pavilion dv3510nr for around $1000 new. I will put link in next post.
