Writing some apology letter for my spanish teacher, for the stupidest reason to. Afterwards going on rs and 1 questions. Wheres a fast place for me to train my defence quickly?

What is the reason for doing it? (normally for me it is a sub gives my teacher a bad letter)

My Science teacher a.k.a the Vice Principal told me to write it. During spanish at the end I stood up cause everybody else was and I turned around and she thought I was talking and she got mad at me
