wasn't just twice for some it was infinite times. was a major bug that was getting abused jagex is still sorting out the mess of who to punish and who not to.
They will probably end up banning anyone who trading in more than 50 points this week. But i did see a few people getting a lot of levels, some even 99s :o
I wish i found out about a cool glitch like that :'( There was one and you could check the health of a fruit tree at gnome stronghold over and over again but that was ages ago D:
