not bad but i think studys have to be on the 2nd floor to use the telescope, not 100% sure on that but...
I'd close the sides. Looks weird when you have to run through grass to get to your other rooms.
Just a couple comments:
Why do you need the parlour?
I'd swap the east bedroom and the west study. You don't go into bedrooms much and I'm guessing you have different lecterns in each study.
X - Telescopes work on first floor.

Starsaber - Parlor, just to be complete. And great idea on the swap, i'll definitely do that.
