This can happen by many ways...
1st one: drinked much beer
2nd one: Logging out by lag... this sometimes happens
Hacked isn't possible lol.... what a noob if u think that :P
To fix it, just go commit suicide (in runescape, of course)
Your stats will go back to normal
Or drink a restore/super restore.
possibly ran into some abby specs w/o a nosepeg?
I would go to the dueling arena and get killed to reset myself, that's hella weird never seen nothing like that.
