I was mining coal for the Seer's Village achievement diary when all of a sudden, Evil Bob appears, faces me, and meows. I say "AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!" as always, but no teleport!

Even more, I moved to mine some more coal. Even continuing to glare at me, still no teleport! He remained in his place for 15 seconds.
