So? They aren't exceptionally rare anymore.
because they're still rare. you don't see one every day, unlike a str cape.
They are pretty rare in my opinion. I saw one at the GE 4 months ago and never saw another since then
str capes are better than fletching or cooking...
tbh str is the same as fletching and cooking :L and its a pretty rare cape :\ shame about the emote
