Well.. I done 13 hours in a pvp hotzone skilling with stuff worth over 100k if i died. When I went out and clawed someone I only ended up with a regular mystic top.
I've heard that you need to be in combat for at least 30 minutes within a hotspot before the drops actually improve .. i tested it and turned 70k into 460k.
