What program do you use to take a screen shot?

You don't need a program to take one. There should be a key on in the top right of your keyboard
"Prt Scr"
Hit that when you want a picture, open paint/photoshop then CTRL + V to paste. Save, upload.

You need to save the picture file as a JPEG instead of the BMP in order to upload it onto the site!
