I never viewed Farming as something that needed to completed in as short amount of time as possible, so I'd pick option one (which I assume you'll be picking). 124 days isn't bad at all.
you have 24m gpeez in your bank pic, but I'm sure if you sold some stuff you could get up to 35m, but that cost could be much lower by ranarr or kwuarm farming rather then max xp (tortstol)
final verdict~go for route one, but throw in some ranarr/kwuarm in there. Or just do ranarr on the trollheim patch that can't be diseased. that's still a good profit...
