No. Wealth increases COIN drops.

Bad luck or a Nerfed Wealth?
Monstermas that doesn't really justify how boss soloers can get loot within 30-50 kills with wealth.
I find I get better stuff WITHOUT the wealth. Maybe it's just a bad number popping off on the "Random" Number Generator with a wealth.
