You can crop pictures in any format.....What are you smoking?
He has probably an old version of paint. It doesn't allow you to save .png files.
Get IrfanView. It's a great program to save a picture to any available program.
Naw i got the new version of pain on vista i edit my photos when i look threw them not on paint D: and it wont let me do it with a png
