guess jagex's "challenging" is "high stats requirements" and not the conventional "really hard to pull off"

I did not understand what you just said at all. Retype in full sentences?
She means that it's not really challenging, but just a high stat requirement. Usually it's something *hard* to do, like dance the jig while fighting jad with flowers.
