According to RUpdate!, I need to kill the sea troll queen, then be in shilo fly fishing and piscatoris monkfishing at the same time for the best exp/time and money/time ratio.

I don't think you'll find anything much better for fishing. Why Piscatoris has become horribly crowded >_<

shilos good if you only want to make 500k or so off of the fish, pictoris is good if you're willing to give up 5-10k xp an hour for more cash.
