Why the heck does Jagex have to assume that it takes us 10 HOURS to beat a level on Vertigo 2?

whoops my bad...10 minutes...BUT THAT STILL TAKES LONG!
They don't assume that it takes that long, 10 minutes is simply the equivalent of not doing a level at all.
