Anybody know about how much essence I would need to get from 55 to 75 runecrafting using the ZMI altar? Or if you know how much exp per run you get at ZMI.
Assuming you'll get about 14-15 exp per ess, thats about 70-75k p ess. I wouldn't recommend ZMI to anyone really under 75. I started at 74 tbh. Maybe try fires since your 55. I might be faster.
14-15 per ess for you is a rough guess based that mine now at 91 is about 17-18 per. The only reason I really wouldn't recommend ZMI now is because the time/exp per trip isn't really worth it.
