Yep, you can't attack anyone now. The only threats are the monsters. Sort of boring, but I'm level 65, so I don't really complain...
I got myself a pretty pink team-3 cape, too.

Glad f2p has wildy capes now, but I hope there's going to be a real use for them (Clan Wars is NOT a great place for them at all...Wildy would be though =D)
