I haven't logged in to RS in a couple of years.. I don't remember my acc PW or email but I remember the log in NAME. How can I go about recovering the PW?

Have you tried @JagexSupport on Twitter? Or try: http://services.runescape.com/m=rswiki/en/Reset_your_password/Without_a_registered_email_address if you haven't tried that method.
