And as per new RS standard, literally one minute after getting 99 in Ranged, the server is down. I've been disconnected multiple times today, and it's not at all my connection. Ugh.

Jagex has acknowledged that they have been DDOS'ed in the past few days (I'm guessing due to the membership price increase). That's been the reason why there have been so many disconnects recently.
Such a pointless and childish thing to do. It's relatively cheap and easy to accomplish, and ultimately, doesn't really solve anything.
