While I don't approve of Legacy, they should not be making one better than the other. Now that they have two the MUST keep them the same in all matters.
Ehm.... And why is that, exactly? EOC takes more input. I see no reason why someone putting in more effort shouldn't have slightly higher DPS. This puts it on par with revo, AS IT WAS INTENDED.
