I think he means the graphics. In certain places the colors are really bright and weird.

Yeah, I meant the graphics. A lot of people have joked that Instagram bought RuneScape.. I dunno. I'll probably get used to it.

Oh, that would explain why my white skinned character shows as red in the game but white on my worn equipment inventory.

yea they messed with the environment color overlays, trying to unify their coding practices for it, and its clashing with some colors while making others appear better. doubt it was intentional.
