Woooo! They're reconsidering combat level formula and asking which to base the new system off: 138 or 200.
138 is winning!
Happy that combat level may actually mean something again :D

However, they said they will only change back to 138 if its is a big winner.
Currently it's winning by more than double, so hopefully that will stay high enough. It's pretty clear people don't like 200.
TBH I'd rather a new system, not 138, but one based on all 8 combat skills

Both 138 and 200 have their issues, I'd prefer a totally reworked version as well but I don't think it's feasible. There is one major problem with this vote (cont.)

"We’re focused on the future, so we won't be polling things from the past like EoC." They've just invalidated that entire news topic. I wouldn't be surprised if Guthix rises from the dead next.
Shane, have you not learned yet that when Jagex says they won't do something, it is a promise they will inevitably do it?
They proved this years ago and have confirmed it over the years.

True on that part but I didn't expect it for the biggest update since RS2 (EoC).
The premise of "Those who used to have 'pure' accounts will be able to roll back certain stats," concerns me deeply.
Woah woah, who said that, Poison? Or are you speculating based on Jagex's reputation?

I kept my pures as pre-eoc pures even though I was at a significant disadvantage in EoC. So sucks for me if they allow rolling back.
I didn't see that in the poll at first -.-
That is completely stupid!
No resets for anyone, not pures, not mains.
Pures can't complain - no one forced them to get defence levels.
