Why don't they do something like this to RS3?

TBH, I really don't see any of those features being useful. I doubt many if any would be used after the newness wears off.
Well, who's to say they won't?
The one thing they don't have in RS3 that they have in old school is the minigame chat system. If I'm honest, those four guys have great ideas, and some of those in RS3 content dev should listen in.
