I thought food in Hard Mode Dungeons was supposed to be, you know, SCARCE.

Yeah, it was in an update. Burnt food now stacks as well.
I knew burnt did, never new cooked did. So that means we can have essentially infinite food in our inventories?
Oh if only we could do that in normal RS.
Cooked food does NOT stack. Raws/Burnt stacks.
Oh, THAT makes more sense.
