Bandos is not pure evil. He's the Big high war god. If it is a world event then the god that dies will be the least popular. Think BoL with the loser dying instead of being defeated.
Bandos is the closest to pure evil of all the gods. This is from the horse's mouth itself in one of the lore podcasts. That aside, I'm excited for the PvP aspect. Hoping they can revive PvP somewhat.
